Domain Name Chosen Above: This is the Domain name you entered when you setup your domain/hosting account. Enter the format domainname.com

FTP Username: This is the username you received when you signed up with the domain/hosting account. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for you to receive this information.

FTP Password: This is the Password you received when you signed up with the domain/hosting account. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for you to receive this information.

Clickbank Nickname/ID: This is the username/nickname/ID you chose when you setup your Free Clickbank affiliate account.

PayDotCom.com ID: This is the account NAME you setup when you setup your PayDOTCOM.com account. This should be an ID such as "derek54" or "aff102" not a number.

AdSense ID: This is the ID you are given when you setup your Google AdSense account.

Profile Password: This is the Password you want to use to access the profile area on this website incase you'd like to change any of the above information. Please note making changes here only affect your websites affiliate settings. You can not change your FTP Password/Username or domain name with the above form you will need to contact the hosting company for those.
